That's a really nice facade. I've seen buildings like this overseas quite a bit. It's too bad we don't see many buildings like this in the states.

Nice picture, the building looks almost too perfect, like a computer generated image - if that was vacant in most other countries there would be a guy sleeping in the doorway, a whole load of grafitti, probably litter and/or leaves in every crevise and a whole host of people milling about.
