Gorgeous place. When the restoration is finished it will be stunning.

I am a Greensboro native who now lives in the Charlotte area, but have lots of family still in my hometown. I am now a published historical author who writes inspirational fiction set in Europe and the Carolinas. I'm in the process of conducting research for a novel partially set in 145 Greensborough. I'm glad I found your blog!

That was supposed to be 1845.

This vintage house looks great when renovated indeed. I have to say that this is a great chance to bring back the beauty of this old house. The interiors are somehow in tacked and only needs a few restorations. Thanks a lot for featuring this one. It is a like a house from the movie "The Notebook".

Jone

Gorgeous place. When the restoration is finished it will be stunning. Restoration has been important for many of the buildings. As some of the buildings which are centuries old, and are not in very good condition. Most of the historical building are in the same condition. I was searching about Restoration Engineering and got some good blogs and websites as check http://www.o-n.com/ it will help you for sure.

Jenks Real Estate

Yes Jone, restoration is really important in preserving old wonders like this farm house. Old farm houses are landmarks of the past and the present, which are much more precious than gold. I wonder why, old farm houses are mostly painted in white. The house in the film “The Notebook” was white and the also with the house in “Sweet Home Alabama” film. Is there something about it like the Victorian “Painted Ladies”?

Colby Moore

Gorgeous place! The environment that surrounds it is simply breathtaking. I loved how you shared your experience. The that structure truly is a legend and a gem.
