We know that developments are all for the best, but saving an old house like this one from destruction is always heart-warming news. Destroying it would be like marring a piece of history. Congratulations on making the deal work out!

What a relief. All thanks to Benjamin Briggs and the rest of the crew - they really have the heart for this job. Furthermore, it's an honor, for a homeowner for his house to be featured on Preservation Greensboro’s 2011 Tour of Historic Homes. Congratulations to the owner of the Penn house! :)
